While browsing the lot the other day I saw a beautiful Subaru Impreza that I just KNEW my grandson would love. So I took a picture of it and texted it to him telling him I found his "dream car". Since he was at Fort Benning, GA finishing up Basic I didn't expect anything to happen further.

However, he replied back that he wanted to buy the car!

So I would like to take the opportunity to thank Sean, Chris and Blake for patiently working with us while we put the deal togethe...r and got the paper work to my grandson to be signed.

The service from all 3 was excellent.

Northcutt doesn't need to change anything at all.  I have already given Thomas an idea of a used truck I am looking for on the used side.
I would not hesitate to drive six hours one way back up to Enid OK, just to do business with Northcutt Toyota, they are the best.  I am 58 years old and never take the time to fill one of these things out, but I did so today with a smile on my face and song in my heart.  Just keep doing what they are doing. I live six hours from Northcutt Toyota with out a doubt the best experience that I have ever had with Toyota dealership or any dealership for that matter. I was in town working and stopped in and felt at home and at ease immediately.  The people here at Northcutt are the best, very professional, courteous and respectful, it doesn't get any better than that.  Northcutt is where it is at. Ryan Martin and his group were wonderful to work with and I was coming down to but the vehicle from Wichita, KS in the evening.  I was able to do most the deal over the phone and was in and out within an hour.  One last thing, I forgot something in my trade in and had to turn around after the lot was closed but Ryan Martin met me to retrieve my forgotten items.  That's going above and beyond.  Thanks so much for the pleasant car deal. We had a Honda Pilot and was looking to trade it in.  The salesman was very polite and our experience with the dealership was wonderful.  We are really enjoying our new Toyota Highlander SE and have had several great comments on how it looks and rides.  The whole purchasing process was very easy and not stressful.  I wanted a red one and the didn't have the model in stock but got one really quickly.  Wonderful experience. - Red Highlander

We were looking for a family vehicle on a budget and Shane kept his eye open for us for 6 months! He found us a super nice GMC Acadia Denali that someone traded in and called my husband as soon as it was available. He even answered all our questions when he was off work.
